Shipping policy

1. Delivery Methods
Our products are delivered exclusively in digital form.

Delivery is made via a download link or by email with the license key.

Physical delivery (CD, USB stick, etc.) does not take place.

2. Delivery Area
We deliver our digital products within Germany and to all member states of the European Union.

For customers outside the EU, delivery may be possible on a case-by-case basis but must be agreed upon separately.

3. Delivery Times
After payment has been received, the download link or email with access data is usually provided within a few minutes.

In exceptional cases (e.g., advance payment), delivery may take up to 2 business days.

4. Shipping Costs
No shipping costs apply to digital products.

5. Special Notes
The customer is responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring receipt of emails (e.g., checking spam filters).

The download link remains active for [e.g., 14 days] and can be used multiple times during this period.

After expiration, the customer may request a new link if needed.
