Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope
These Terms apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Consumers are natural persons acting outside their business or professional activity. Entrepreneurs act in the course of their commercial or professional activity.

3. Subject of the Contract
We sell software (digital products or licenses). Key features are listed in the product description.

4. Contract Conclusion
Product listings are binding offers. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order. The contract is concluded upon order confirmation by email.

5. Delivery / Provision
Digital products are delivered via download link or email after payment. Delivery to other EU countries may involve delays depending on product and payment method.

6. Prices & Payment
All prices are in euros, including VAT. Available payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Advance Payment, SEPA.

7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right under EU law. For software, this right expires once the download or use has begun with the customer’s consent.

8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.

9. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to injury of life, body, or health, and essential contractual obligations. Liability for indirect damages or lost profits is excluded.

10. Copyright / Usage Rights
Customers receive a non-transferable right of use according to the license. Distribution, reproduction, or public disclosure without consent is prohibited.

11. Dispute Resolution / ODR Platform

We do not participate in consumer arbitration proceedings.

12. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention. EU consumers’ mandatory local laws apply as required.
